Foods are very important for us because it helps us live, get energy, grow, be strong, etc. Even if foods are important some foods are not so good for your health. They are chocolate, cake, biscuits, etc. But you can still eat junk food like once a year? Once a month? But don't eat so many of them, even if they taste good. Fruits and vegetables are the main and most known healthy foods. And people say " An apple a day keeps the doctor away." There are more foods and also drinks that are healthy. They are milk, egg, rice, etc. We should eat healthy foods daily. And not eat junk food. We kids might like junk food but NO! DO NOT EAT "JUNK FOOD"
And we should not waste food or it will be a waste of money too, because we need money to buy food and wasting it will be a waste of money too, so please don't do that. Healthy foods are always good for us. If healthy foods didn't exist then life would be a nightmare. And always remember "An apple a day makes the doctor away."
