The sun is a star. It is a medium-sized star. It is a big ball of hot gas. It contains hydrogen gas. It is the lightest gas. It is important for us because it is the main source of energy. Without the sun, plants can't make food. And I said in the previous blog, flowers grow into fruit. To grow into fruit, it needs food. Without the sun, WE will also not get food. That's why the sun is so important. It creates light and heat for us. All the planets revolve around the sun. It can sometimes also be dangerous. It's some rays are sometimes dangerous. But the earth's ozone layer can protect us from it. But if we pollute, then the ozone layer will be thin, even make a hole in it. So if you pollute, then you know what's going to happen.  Getting close to the sun is also dangerous  (obviously because it can boil an egg in 1 second). The sun is big, but if you are on earth seeing the sun, it looks smaller. It is because the sun is far away. Also never look at the sun, you can be blind. Being blind is horrible. Especially 5 minutes. Don't look at the sun for 5 minutes. Even if you have sunglasses. When the earth faces the sun, during rotation, it is the day. But, if the earth doesn't face the sun, it is night. Also, half side of the earth can only face directly to the sun or not the sun. That means, now we have a day, but on the other side, they have night. That is how it works. It is also similar to summer and winter but it is due to the revolution around the sun by the Earth. I hope you enjoyed it.
