We all get angry from time to time. It feels like we should do it, but it does the opposite of good. Anger never benefits anyone. It only hurts yourself and the person you are angry with. So here are some ways you can control your anger.
NUMBER 1: You can try to talk it out. You can tell your parents, teacher, or friend about your anger. They can help you to cool down.
NUMBER 2: Now we did talking, but what about writing? You can write it out too. You can keep a diary to write about your anger and stuff.
NUMBER 3: You know how you feel like throwing things and punching everywhere? Well, you can take that anger and take advantage of it. You can go to an empty room and scream and punch. This will make you waste your anger until you are too tired to more.
NUMBER 4: This one is very great. You can listen to peaceful music. But don't listen to rock music. Listening to peaceful music cools your brain and you become less angry every time.
NUMBER 5: This one is a little harder but it is worth your time. You can be active. You can exercise, play sports, or just do something you like.
FINAL NUMBER OF THE DAY: You can be creative. Make something out of paper, draw, or make a car made out of lego or cardboard.
