Fleas are very annoying parasites. They, just like mosquitoes and leeches, drink blood. Fleas are also known for their jump. They can jump as long as 200 times their size. Now that impressive! A female flea lays 20 eggs a day. So more fleas are born than die. A flea accelerates 20 times faster than a space shuttle. No wonder I said they are impressive early. Fleas have lived on earth for abt 150 million years! The prehistoric fleas were larger than fleas compared now. Don't worry about the fleas. Because if you live in very, like VERY cold places, there will barely be any fleas. So move to cold areas if you hate fleas. Fleas can not only be harmful to humans, but to your pets too!
