Well, some people have trouble sleeping. Sometimes this happens, sometimes that happens, you can either sleep late or early. So here are some steps to sleep well. Good night!
1. First of all, some people have trouble sleeping because it itches a lot when you sleep. This step will fix it. So before sleeping, just bathe! One simple bath can help you be very healthy! So if you itch a lot while sleeping, try bathing.
2. Now second, some people have trouble sleeping because of noise. If your house has too much noise then if you have an extra pillow, put it on top of your head. It won't do any harm to your body and it will decrease the noise! Just make sure that the pillow is clean though or else... you know what happens lol 😅.
3. Now third, some people can't sleep because their feet get as hot as heck. So well, you might or might not have this problem on your feet, but it is worth knowing. So anyway, if you want to not let it happen, all you have to do is wash your feet before sleep, and if it doesn't work, dip your feet in a pool of hot water mixed with salt. And after that pool of water thing, put some cream in your leg and it won't happen! A lot of water just for peace though. I'll say that.
