Stress, the worst thing in the world. Sometimes, things get stressful and it creates stress. So how can you remove this dumb thing?


First of all, you can meditate. Take a deep breath, and relax. Try to remove all the bad thoughts in your body. And maybe some running around the park for fresh air, because as a wise man once said, "Oxygen can solve every problem"


And next, you can listen to some music. Not only does it make your body more concentrated, but it also makes you feel nicer. But usually, when I'm stressed, I try to remember a good, positive thought to feel better in myself. But In my own single, cool, nice, probably good, interesting opinion, out of all of these ways to handle stress, I think the best way to handle stress is to take a roam in the park.
