So umm, been a long time since I've written a blog... and the reason is literally the most random. Ready? It's because... my sister PEED in it! Come on! We had to wait for the urine to evaporate for a long time! Anyway, if you have small brothers or sisters, pee-careful.

So today was an important day. First of all, the poem competition, and second, Bhanu Jayanti, which is Bhanubhakta Acharya's birthday. If you don't know, Bhankubhata Acharya is a Nepali poet whose nickname is "Adikawi". Which means 'first poet' in Nepali. He kind of translated the Ramayana. Anyway, I would like to tell you some behind the scenes.

The day before yesterday, I wrote a poem about school. What is DIDN'T know was that the topic actually was "nature". And my Nepali teacher was so confused. She had told me the topic two days before yesterday, but I don't know Nepali so, that sucks! She ended up changing the topic to "Nature is my school" and wrote a new stanza. Now, guess what I did. I didn't feel comfortable so I just wrote a new poem without telling her. I was thinking of asking her to say which poem I should say, the original or new but I didn't even find her, and I literally forgot my original one (I was in a hurry okay, don't judge). So guess I was stuck with that thing.

The poem competition was like in the second period and we went to the canteen where it was being held. And apparently, the canteen is literally another place when changed a little. Of course, I'm in grade five so I need to wait for my class and THEN my turn. And oh boy I was tired from clapping! Before grade five's turn, we had to eat lunch so I took out my money and bought mo: mo (They taste so good!). After that, my turn came. Before that, my heart was like DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU DU.

It was my turn, and when I got to say, all my nervousness went down, I told it with little fear and I made it! Long story short, there was literally the biggest rain ever. We were wetter than water itself by then. Somehow we managed to do it, and I placed second! Yay!

See? You gotta have them brains.
