The first thing you gotta do is to face your phobia. Like going to tall skyscrapers more often if you have fear of heights. And the next thing, don't think about them. It can cause a higher chance of getting a nightmare and also a chance that you will be scared of it even more than you did before. Numba 3: Don't watch horror movies. Horror movies are just designed to scare you. And if it is too late, well *lol* it's time to suffer. And the LAST thing to do is, stop playing Minecraft at 3:AM.
