Was 2022 a good year?

2022 is now a past year, but was it a good year? 

First, the negative occurrences in 2022. There is the death of 3 significant people, Technoble (June 2022), Queen Elizabeth, (September 2022), and Pele (December 2022). Not only that, but the Russia-Ukraine war was still going on and as bad as ever. Microplastics were also detected in our blood. Microplastics are basically the things to make packaging. These could come from fundamental tasks like eating and drinking. As a cherry on top, a chunk of ice fell into Antarctica, there is also a hole in the ozone layer above Antarctica, and it is shrinking. Other reasons are global warming, deforestation, pollution, and others too.

But not all is bad because there is positive news too. First, it would be a crime not to mention the world cup. It was hosted in Qatar and was the first middle-east country to do so. The winner was Argentina (They defeated France 4-2 in penalties). 2022 was a year of technology too, as AI (Artificial Intelligence) was getting some attention. There were other things like VR (Virtual Reality) also getting attention (Probably because of Meta). In political stuff, Ukraine has a high chance of winning if it joins NATO, or if Finland joins NATO. This is because Finland is extremely close to St.Petersburg (A major city), and Ukraine is also close to Moscow (The capital of Russia). Finally, the cherry on top of the positive impacts are aliens being easier to find, the JWST telescope, and Covid being a smaller threat.
